We arrived at 430pm and was told our room should be ready in an hour. Went to grab some food came back at 830pm and room still was not ready. After another 1/2 hour they gave me a room with 2 beds looking at a building when I had booked a deluxe King Bayview. I was paying $500 per night for this ...
