"The only issues, we had is that ants were getting inside but that is expected. The other is we want to note that when taking a shower the water leaks out and gets on the floor. I would suggest to better seal the shower door so it does not cause damage to the flooring. Other than that it was a good time and experience."

"We actually got charged $30 for extra pillows per pillow now how far is that?"

"The wi-fi was out of service. I had a meeting the next day and needed to send documents but couldn't. I asked the front desk at night. He claimed the tech company had been called and also that he reset the router. I asked again at checkout - was told they frequently had troubles with the wi-fi. Thus this hotel, otherwise a good value in a good location, must be crossed off my list."

"The first room we were given, was not clean, back down to the front desk and got a new room....when we got into the new room, the nightstand must have needed repair as it was pulled out with vices on it and a mess behind it. The bathroom had no towels to take a shower and when you turned off the AC, water poured out of it into the room. Terrible experience."

"Room smelled pungent of smoke and ice bucket had water floating in it. When we checked in the attendant was no where to be found around 9:30-10pm. Kept ringing the bell at front desk. After 5-7 minutes she showed up. After walked into our room and it smelled so awful went out to the desk to ask what we could do and she said if it doesnt clear up come back and ask for some febreeze. Was supposed to be non-smoking room! Then asked for water and she did not have any. Just not a place I would...

"Check-in was through a Kiosk. Could barely understand the representative on the kiosk. The check-in system was "glitching" so took at least 25 minutes to check in to a room that was pre-paid for. You could see through door jam into room. Room stunk. Bathroom door did not close without slamming the door. Couch cushion covers were missing and instead covered with just a blanket. TV in bedroom did not have a remote. Breakfast sausage had paper stuck to it. Bakery options were gone and never...

"Nice Place close to our activities"

"Being on first floor on a soccer tournament weekend it was loud till 11:00 pm and we were woken up at 5:30 am by the noise of kitchen staff doing things for breakfast. Didn’t get much sleep."
