"Friendly staff. Good food. Clearly there are some issues regarding the management if the hotel as the decor was tired, some things like the bathroom extraction did not work and it was evident that underneath the beds had not been cleaned in a long time. But overall the stay was pleasant. Overpriced ..."

"Having had a few medical issues this year, this was our first break this year and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Whilst there wasn't much of a view from the window, the room was spacious and had a great deal of storage. It is an old building and has the issues you would expect in such circumstances. ..."

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. Our room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast menu is varied plentiful and very good. Gillian and Karen are very friendly and helpful. Have to mention the desserts which we had one evening which were delicious."
