"The hotel was very responsive to our requests, even tho there was no front desk. We had a couple of issues when we arrived and they fixed them next day. Our only complaint was that they didn't provide enough toilet paper for the length of our stay and we had to find the cleaning people and ask for more. The property was fully equipped with everything you could want for some light cooking or breakfast. We didn't use any of that because we were visiting friends and had all our meals with them."

The manager, Hiten, was very helpful when my arrival was badly delayed by issues with the trains. Only thing to be aware of is they don't have a lift, but it's also not a tall hotel so not a problem most of the time."
