It was a very nice clean room. We had great views of the lake and vineyards. We had to drive to most places but was easy! The restaurant at the hotel was very good! I would highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and even got ice for us!

Clean facilities. Helpful staff. Breakfast options alright. We stayed Monday & Tuesday and those days the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. Nothing close by to walk to so we had to drive. Good location with views of the lake and vineyards all around.

Heart of Lavaux

We had 3 rooms for a family of 5 + grandad. Location is really great for access to the lake and the village of cully. Our rooms did not have lake views but we spend so much time on the lake it didn’t matter in the end

Beautiful hotel with outstanding customer service!

Hotel Lavaux is absolutely beautiful! We were warmly greeted by Isabel, whose customer service was outstanding! She was able to check us in one hour early, which was fantastic, as we had just arrived from the US. The view from our room is spectacular. I am so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is good a bit far from the city but the view from the terrace was amazing couldn’t park in the hotel because was fully booked All in all good

The check in guy was good, but check out guy was extremely rude, racist, and terrible person. I and someone else have spoken to him for few minutes only while we were leaving and he screwed up the entire review. This guy should be fired and shouldn’t be on front desk or customer service at all. Just because of him I will never recommend anyone or ever come back to this property ever again

Everything was very good, except the breakfast was just ok, with little choice. But even so, we like this hotel, and this is our fourth visit here

Very nice place

Very well located. By car you are 15-20 minutes from montreux and Lausanne. There is a train stop within a 2-3 minutes walk. You can walk up to the village using the vineyards walk steps which was very nice. The restaurant Auberge du vigneron is about a 15 minutes walk and is extremely good. The room was spacious and clean and the balcony very usefull to eat and drink with a nice view of the lake and mountains.

I was really impressed how nice the hotel was, very clean, comfy beds, nice appliances, the area nearby is stunning and the view from the terrace is amazing. However, the guests who were on top of our room were very noisy, and could not sleep much unfortunately. Overall was good.

Great

Overall we loved our stay at Hotel Lavaux. Great location walking distance to lots of wineries as well as Epesses train station. We loved that we got a Montreaux Travel Card which meant we could use public transport between Montreaux and Lausanne for free. Only negatives are that the plug sockets are very small so we couldn’t use our UK adapters and the service in the restaurant for dinner was exceptionally slow.
