"Realmente nunca me alojé en un lugar con tanta desidia. No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. "The place wasn't even a hotel room but a small studio apartment that was rented out and not yet done with renovations. The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. The boiler, about 8-10 feet from the ground needed to be rebooted to provide hot...

"Such a lovely place in a great location! It's near metro stations and close to the supermarket. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :) "

"Great boutique hotel in the heart of Vienna. The room was a mix of modern meets Great Gatspy. Spacious with all the amenities. They have a small gym on the 7th floor along with a full restaurant and roof bar (weather permitting). Staff were helpful in directions and arranging transportation when needed. We especially enjoyed their breakfast and lunch coffee spot which we frequented before our adventures into the City center. Highly recommend. "

"Very nice apartment hotel near the train station in Vienna. Another with self checkin, but it was straight forward enough, although no one to talk to if you did have any problems. Only downside was having my door knocked on several times by cleaners in the last day, well before checkout time, but other than that it was fine. "
