Staff and service was excellent. Mustafa Kemal was really nice, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.

It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed.

Entrance to reception was stunning and so welcoming all staff have been so very helpful and friendly. My room in the hotel was above and beyond my expectations.
