"It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed."

"Ich habe bezahlt Geld und ich war nicht da weil die Mitarbeiter von Nachtschicht hatte mir und meine Familie nicht geholfen und nicht die Buchung stornieren und ich habe 160€ bezahlt und ich habe andere Hotel gebucht und nicht meine Geld zurück bekommen"

"Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. A disappointment in every way
"The hotel is a worn down building in a noisy and unattractive area with sea view over derelict buildings. The towels from the previous guests as well as the full bins were still in the room.
