"Good stay, clean room, great location but room was a bit cold"

"Beautiful hotel and nice staff. I do have one complain that I hope the hotel can improve on We came back late at night and tried to take a shower around 11 pm. There was no hot water and I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. It turned out that the hotel turned the hot water off. I got very cold. It is not good at a city with 3700 meter elevation."

"Excellent customer service! We did some research about the area and knew it would be cold at night with limited heat, so we packed accordingly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! We liked the fact that we had a safe place to stay without having to rush the trip and try to see everything in one day. Did Tiwanaku and museums on day one and Puma Punku on day two. "Wonderful location in Copacabana! What a beautiful hotel. Rooms are huge with firewood for the fireplace all ready and a kitchen area fully stocked including coffee etc for early risers. We had such a great view and the room and beds were so comfortable. The staff were so kind and organised. We had a lovely dinner in the Cupula Restaurant. Breakfast was delicious! They helped print off docs we needed for the bus. Wonderful place highly recommend! "
