The girl and the two guys at the desk are very kind and they are always glad to give you any information about the area and the city. "This does not pretend to be nor is it a normal hotel. This place is the only game in town when you have a 3:20am departure and you want to make sure you are sleeping at the airport. It did the job for us. It is very Spartan, and they make no claim to be anything else. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We are glad we elected to stay here. At least we got 5 hours sleep before our ridiculously early departure for Bogota."
