Tout fait très sale, Les portes ne sont jamais lavées, les rideaux sont tous tachés, le sol etait encrassé avec des bestioles mortes et d'autres vivantes. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. "I always travel with Four Points Sheraton and while I'm traveling in Indonesia I booked mostly Four Points... right from the start we had issues with AC it didn't go lower then 23C.. all the usb plugs were not working, technician said it would take one hour this is unacceptable! I requested an upgrade to a junior suite that I would pay they told me the hotel is full, duty manager called me and offered same room but another floor again AC issues .. breakfast buffet not fresh pastries stale 👎"
