"Good location and family-friendly."

"全てが素晴らしいホテルでした"

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Bromo. The location did not disappoint. We got to visit Bromo by foot rather than stuck in the crazy jeep traffic. The views from the room are great. However, the service is lacking. We wanted to get a coffee to go at breakfast and were told we were not allowed. The price for the jeep excursion is overpriced. The food is also very overpriced for the product you are receiving. The breakfast is “included” but the coffee machine offered is not very functional...

"綺麗で良かったです。洗面所、トイレだけは狭い上に扉の位置関係で若干使いづらかったです。朝ごはんは非常に良かったです。"

"大きなショッピングモールまで歩いて行けます。 朝食は品数が豊富でした。 建物の防音に問題があるのか、近くのモスクのコーランが聞こえてうるさかったです。"

"The friendliest and most helpful group of staffing. Thank you so much for exceptional customer service"

But one thing particularly special about this hotel, it is not their beautiful infrastructure, nice restaurants, food and hotel pleasantries, but the hotel staffs, every hotel employee was exceptionally courteous and helpful, each greeted us...

"Always love this hotel . Beautiful and unique. Nothing else like it. Staff are absolutely brilliant. My favorite hotel"

"There is lot to like and love about the Majapahit Hotel, Surabaya. I loved this historic property in a great central location and I also loved its cheerful and attentive staff. The classic room I had was very spacious and clean, though some of the bathroom surfaces would benefit from replacement. However, for the price, it is hard to complain. Noise from other guests was not a problem during my 3 nights there. The buffet breakfast is quite good and you can order ala carte, including special...

"Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept. Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!"
