"A lovely hotel with excellent staff, despite a flood issue in the bathroom first night it was dealt with and cleaned up quickly and without fuss whilst we had a drink in the bar. I must say though the terrace room with balcony has a pretty boring aspect, if you can book a sea view room, it will be worth it. "

"Excellent 4 day stay during height of summer at Salty Lodge. Literally steps from the busy Old town, but area is very safe and somewhat quieter. The rooms are pretty spacious for our family of four, with a veranda that looks out/down to the street activity, stores and restaurants. Shower has pretty good water pressure, no shortage of hot water and rooms have comfy beds. We enjoyed the 5th floor rooftop, oh the views! Make sure to it out at sunrise.
