"Excellent 4 day stay during height of summer at Salty Lodge. Literally steps from the busy Old town, but area is very safe and somewhat quieter. The rooms are pretty spacious for our family of four, with a veranda that looks out/down to the street activity, stores and restaurants. Shower has pretty good water pressure, no shortage of hot water and rooms have comfy beds. We enjoyed the 5th floor rooftop, oh the views! Make sure to it out at sunrise. "Outstanding hotel, upgraded on arrival. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent pools for kids, great kids club, very good gym. We were not even playing golf, just a great place regardless of golfing or not. On site restaurants/cafes a little too expensive if staying on site. Recommend hiring a car to get out and explore local vicinity/restaurants etc. overall fantastic hotel for a family or couples. "
