"A fantastically located hotel with excellent amenities and my own personal option, being a much travelled individual is that it deserves a higher star rating than the 3 stars it currently has. My only criticism was the 3.00pm check in time, more often than not Will have checked into my hotel by 1.00pm/1300 hours !"

"The breakfast was good and it was delivered directly to your room.
Was a bit disapointed when we came there and saw the size of the pool. We got high expectations because of the name and the pictures, but we didn't find it especially luxurius. They had a sign with rules near the pool that said "no running", "no diving, no noise", etc. But when the kids was running around and making noise, no staff talked to the parents. "När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel. Dag 4 gav vi upp.
