Péssima recepção

Recepção péssima. Casal só fala italiano, mas entendemos que não tínhamos reserva. Quando mostrei o comprovante entrou e nos deixou na porta por muito tempo, trouxe o telefone e mandou falar com um rapaz. Como falei que já estava pago pelo hoteis.com, pediu pra falar com o casal novamente. A senhora reclamou muito e nos deu um quarto porque era só uma noite, como se estivesse fazendo um favor. A vista é maravilhosa, seria a melhor estadia se não fosse pela recepção e localização do quarto. O quarto que nos deram além da porta externa, que não fecha com chave, tem uma porta que faz ligação com a casa, que escutávamos o casal conversando.
