Excellent hotel - rooms on the 5th floor are newly renovated and modern. Views are spectacular at every vantage point. Great breakfast with many options and fresh squeezed juice. Staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Love the free shuttle to Amalfi city centre running every 20 mins until 11pm. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel that has amazing views of Amalfi. Our room was spacious and clean with a wonderful sea view. Staff were exceptional and accommodating. It is a distance from the town of Amalfi, but the hotel provides a courtesy shuttle bus which runs every 20 or so minutes which you just book online. I would definitely stay again!

Extremely friendly helpful staff. The food was delicious, the beach was wonderful, the pool was wonderful. Good A/C and incredible view. Our shower head had an issue they weren’t able to fix due to not having a new shower head but they made it right in the end by compensating a full dinner and wine. 5 stars and highly recommend. The Grand Excelsior Amalfi is a beautiful hotel with a majestic view of the entire Amalfi Coast. For those of you who speak the native language, you will enjoy it. For those who do not speak Italian, I believe you will enjoy it even more since the courteous staff bends over backward to accommodate your every need. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Very polite staff and very accommodating. Most of the staff speaks english very well, or will be able to find someone who does if you do not speak Italian. Delicious food, and an incredible view of the coast. The pool is magical! We will be back!!

One word to describe this place : AMAZING! The hotel is so clean and the staff are amazing, so nice and helpful! They have shuttles to get to the center and beach just about every 20 minutes which is super convenient! We had breakfast every morning that was also great with a gorgeous view over looking the coast! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Amalfi! Everything about it was fantastic!
