"The room, the staff, the neighborhood was amazing. They go above and beyond and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. They were kind of enough to shift my reservation dates after unexpected flight delays leaving the US because of the winter storm, which ease a lot of the stress that I was under trying to make it to Lisbon. The neighborhood is outside the heavily trafficked tourist area with its own vibe— a variety of good restaurants, cafes, boutiques and even a health food grocery store nearby with plenty of items to prepare easy meals in the apartment. Loved the rustic, minimalistic modern feel. And those windows with ALL that light, great architectural detailing. I never saw or heard the cleaning staff.
