"Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused. Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry. It’s a scam hotel . "
