We were charged and Jennifer said that her tablet wouldn’t allow her to check us in and that we would need to purchase another room to stay there. She told us to call Expedia for a refund and when we tried we were told she said we were no shows. She was rude and when we called I asked to speak to her supervisor and she gave me disconnected numbers. We drove cross country and just needed a few hours of sleep and there was nowhere else to stay.

The bathtub had a lot of hair in it, the tub had rust, the curtains had cigarette burns. I needed a spoon and I called the front desk, she was like "not really, but we will have some in the morning.", which to me said she didn't want to look for one.

It was a nice room. The neighborhood and parking lot seemed a little unsafe, but all in all I had a good experience, especially for the cost.
