The staff are amazing and very polite, helpful and kind, they have an amazing team from the front desk staff, kitchen and serving staff, house keeping and maintenance staff. The included breakfast supplied a wonderful array of hot and cold food and the complimentary afternoon was a cute get you through the afternoont tea.
