"This is a brand new hotel; yes some areas are being worked on as previous reviews advise. However, we stayed for 4 days mid August and further works I suspect had been completed. We found the hotel to be lovely. The staff were great and very helpful with things like advising on restaurants and booking cabs etc. The outdoor pool area is great, gated for safety and with the added benefit of a lift up to it. "Truly wonderful stay. The Chateau is beautiful, the grounds are idyllic, the pool is fantastic and the restaurant is delicious. The room is very spacious and comfortable. And the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. I'm fact the staff were all terrific! We will stay again and again on our drives down to the south of France."
