Great hospitality from the staff here at the hacienda. Came for a family wedding and half the family stayed at this hotel and we all loved it

Overall was average, looks like they had workers doing repairs. Might be nicer sooner. plenty of stuff to eat around hotel, they even have a restaurant in hotel.

Ameca vaction

The hotel is in a great location and convenient. Apparently the shower knobs were turned around. Cold was really hot and Hot was cold. First 3 days showered with cold water because i was told the hotel was full. I then informed them it was still cold after i saw less and less cars. Then they offered to come check it out and it was then when they said " ahhh well knobs are switched. It was overall a great stay wouldnt trade my room.

La habitación estuvo excelente respecto a las condiciones, la cama muy comoda, el personal atento desde antes de mi llegada, solo que de la coladera de la regadera olia muy muy mal, no estuve durante el dia en la habitación pero considero no es cómodo, sin duda volvería pero creo que ese detalle puede generar malas reseñas o quejas de clientes demasiado exigentes.
