"Nice, basic hotel. Staff arranged for a morning taxi for us to get to the airport (no free shuttle available) and for a packed breakfast to go. Breakfast was unremarkable (white bread ham & cheese sandwich, two cakes, a very soft and bruised apple and a sugary juice type drink) but the effort was appreciated."

"The welcome was so lovely. We were shown to our room. Which was ready early, although when we got there, it actually wasn't ready, so they gave us a free drink in the bar. The room was huge and beautiful. This was a classic room., we asked to see a superior room, but the classic was nicer. The food, both at breakfast and dinner was amazing. The staff are all lovely. Can't wait to come back, it's beautiful."

"excellent room. the only things noteworthy of mentioning are that the jets of the bathtub were not working and it was hard to change from the tap to the showerhead due to a broken handle. Overall very pretty and nice room, although some parts of it would need a little bit more maintaining and care. The breakfast was amazing. The pool and its facilities were very good even though there was some construction going on in the backyard. One more thing to mention is that the cleaning staff removed...

"We've been coming to this area and driving past this hotel for about 35 years and decided to stay couple of nights before transferring to our timeshare at Quint do Lago. It's a nice hotel with great staff and pool but little else. There is a free on-demand minibus to the beach which is a big plus. We were about surprised to find that in a few places, the carpets were worn right through..Not what you'd expect from a 5* location. Breakfast was "OK" but lacked inspiration (and decent bacon!)....
