"Rugs in elevators need to be replaced. A cockroach on the 4th floor. Parking should be included if you are staying for the night. I understand charging for parking while you are not at hotel but unreasonable when you are paying for the night."

"The picture that is published is not the Villa that we stayed , not even near the picture, the villas are very outdated. it feels like if it’s a scam. The hotel staff was amazing. The Wi-Fi was really terrible. we won’t be returning to this hotel."
