"Lovely property in good location. Large room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast fresh every morning. Our only complaint was the noise. Do not accept room 11 if you are a light sleeper. It is above the kitchen so noisy in the morning. It is also above a motorcycle repair shop which was open until midnight most nights, and there was a lot of traffic noise. We asked to be moved as we were there 8 nights but hotel would not accommodate, even though new people were coming every few days."

"Riad Andalla Spa is such a warm, lovely, and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We booked round-trip airport transfers, as well as dinner on the rooftop for our first night and another evening during our stay. The entire team was brilliant from beginning to end: attentive, friendly, thorough, thoughtful, and sincere. We felt a sense of joy every time we saw them, whether they were at the front desk or serving us at breakfast and dinner. The dinners were generous, and the breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We highly recommend Riad Andalla Spa to anyone visiting Marrakesh! Tip for future guests: There is another property with a similar name nearby - Riad Andalla (without the "Spa"). If you are taking a taxi, be sure to double-check and show the driver the exact name and address to ensure you get to the right place."

"The hotel was ok. It is located centered in the souks and the walking distance to many activities. The staff is not accommodating, they do the bare minimum. I asked for a hair dryer my entire stay and kept being told there isn’t one available to go back early in the morning when people are checking out. I asked about the salon and I was told to wash my hair only room and the person would come to dry in my room. I told them there isn’t conditioner and was told the salon also doesn’t have hair conditioner. My toilet was not flushing , 3 times I called to have someone come fix it. In the morning the bathroom had a sewer like smell. For breakfast it’s the same every day. Bakery items, like croissants and a omelette station. The only thing that made this stay decent is the location of the hotel."

"Everything about Riad Le Jardin was perfect! The staff was super-amazing! They were patient, kind, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and humorous! Extra thank you to Abdul, Ahmed, the other young man-Nahjwa?? (Sorry, can’t remember his name! The food was superb! My sister and I will definitely return. We have nothing negative to say about the place and the service. It felt like home!"

"Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs."

"The room was pretty clean but the towels and beddings have stains and need replacing or to be washed better. The bar had 3 basic alcoholic cocktails which were nice but becomes a bit boring after a while. The staff at reception were helpful however I believe that they’re in cahoots with the taxi companies to rip you off! I advise finding a taxi man that you like that offers good prices and stick to them or use inDrive. From the hotel to the medina we were charged 150-200 which is extortionate as inDrive would have taken you for 50 dirhams. All in all, it is a decent hotel if you are on a budget. It gets the job done especially if you’re a group of 3 and don’t want to book 2 separate rooms."
