Our room was never cleaned during our stay even though the Do Not Disturb sign was off. The iron provided in the room had burnt residue on it, which I did not notice until I used it and it left a burn mark on my white shirt. "Very clean and fresh throughout. We particularly liked the complimentary breakfast. Lots of choices (hot and cold). Very nice, large eating area. Thank you for two very nice days. Great air conditioning, too."

"Nice breakfast, pool is nice to have,AC felt really good when walking in. They have snacks and drinks for purchase at the front desk. Its relatively quiet for all the stuff around it like Madison Ave and In and Out etc. They let pets In for a small fee. Ive stayed here multiple times. Its clean and everything works, the only thing that seemed like it needed more attention is the floor in the hotel room when mopping. Also the employees are all very polite and customer service oriented!!"
