"The stay was ok nothing spectacular to write about, needed to UBER to downtown as I would not recommend using the local bus or walking due to safety concerns. The staff was generally nice. The TV in the room did not have all channels working, they seemed blocked, also the volume was extremely low even though it was on max volume. We did not get house keeping daily, there was no where to hang up our towels (party of 6), so we had to call to get clean towels delivered nightly."

"The second floor hallway & our room smelled moldy. There was no bottles of drinking water in our room. We had to go to the fitness center to get filtered water or go to a supermarket. The breakfast was not fully stocked. We arrived for breakfast before 9 am there were no sausage or biscuits left. When we approached the woman working in the kitchen/dining area she said there was no more left & there wouldn’t be any more available for that day. They ran out of bagels, condiments & we had to ask...

"I am so grateful for this hotel. The hospitality that the staff showed my family was impeccable. The housekeeping head, Liz, went out of her way to retrieve my father's outfit and wallet when we left it after checkout. She promptly called me and left it with the reception when she found it. "The staff were very accommodating, but I wish there were a chain on the door, a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
