"The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and went beyond the norm to make us feel comfortable. We knew based on previous reviews that this resort can be filled up with kids during tournaments, however we would always choose to go back here as the resort and staff make it all worthwhile. On site amenities are great, we just had to pick opportune times to use the pool when things were quiet. The property has a calming resort feel, the room was clean and modern with newer mini appliances."

"The staff was amazing especially Sandy who ran the Laundry and Housekeeping staff. Also the lady that handled all the Breakfast items and made sure everything was always well stocked and the tables were always kept clean. They were both very helpful and kind. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area in the future. The maintenance man spent hours every day cleaning the pool and hot tub. They were immaculate in addition to the cleanliness of the rooms and excellent air conditioning in the rooms. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!"
