Staff was awesome. The hot tub in our room was dirty when we arrived. We had a reservation outside the hotel. We let staff know and they had it cleaned and sanitized before we got back, and gave us a free bottle of wine. Hotel itself was just tired, but generally ok. We went to breakfast a bit late, ...
