"Na chegada tivemos alguns constrangimentos, pois quando o quarto nos foi entregue pelas 14.45, foi verificado que não tinha sido limpo. Enfim, tivemos que esperar porque o funcionária daquela manhã parece que não foi trabalhar, como tal não existia a informação da reserva. Sobre o peque almoço, também ..."
