"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy with adequate spaces. The building was quiet."

"The room hotel and room were clean. I was comfortable enough to walk barefoot in the room and did not feel the need to disinfect things before using them. It is clear this isn’t a new building as there were some signs of age. The ceiling tile was stained in the bathroom, the tub was stained, and the shower head leaked. The staff was friendly and responsive. The mattress is firm. I was comfortable during my short stay and slept well. The location was close to many of the Amish attractions and shops."

"Really impressed with the suites here! The place was incredibly clean and well maintained. It's in a great location, very close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were great. Rooms were super comfortable. We were slightly disappointed that there were no warm egg options for breakfast but otherwise it was an amazing stay."

"place was absolutely disgusting and the uncleanliness was unbelievable. the pool had tons of trash outside near it. there were tools laying around the pool such as a shovel, nails, hammers, etc. (total saftey concern especially with young kids) we even said something about it and the response was they’re remodeling!! not to mention they weren’t blocked off anyone could’ve went up to them and picked them up. the arcade room and kids play room were so hot, when i addressed that the response was there was no ac for them rooms. the arcade room had maybe two games actually plugged in to use. when you walk in and head up elevators it smells strong of mold. we’ve been here two times before like 2 years ago and i just read they went into new ownership and now this hotel is complete crap. DONT BE FULLED BY PICTURES. this place is nasty and NOT SAFE for young children. wish i would’ve got some pictures of the filth but we didn’t even stay a night!"
