"I had a lovely stay. My room was quiet, on the inside of the hotel. Bathroom set up was odd at first (down a spiral staircase, and somewhat short ceiling), but I adapted quickly. No AC—good fan in the room though. Location is perfect for exploring Jordaan and it’s a nice walk to museums, Nine Streets, etc. Being canal-side is the best! "

"This hotel was perfectly adequate - clean and comfortable rooms, nice size and a good location. Nothing was spectacular such as the Amrath where we stayed earlier in our trip or the Barbizon where we stayed our prior trip, but in fairness these were more expensive properties. The breakfast was the one disappointment. Definitely mediocre in quality compared to other Dutch hotels.
