"From the super friendly check in to the excellent customer service we received throughout our stay, Hotel Casa was an absolute joy. Easy to walk to from the station, it is signposted. We also walked into Amseterdam central serveral times and this took about 45 mins, but was very straight forward and picturesque. Great area for brunch and evening meals. Lots of high quality food venues nearby. The rooftop bar at the hotel itself was a must for the sunsets."

"Lovely hotel & friendly staff. On our first night there our aircon wasn't working, so we were provided with a fan & then moved to another room that became available the following day. There were tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge & bottles of water in the room & a little treat on arrival. Shampoo & shower gel in the bathroom. Comfy beds & pillows & the blackout curtains were great. Couldn't sleep with the windows open on the street side due to traffic noise at night. Breakfast buffet in...

"Great hotel. Next door to the port terminal which is perfect when taking a cruise. A bit far from the city center. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. It was nice that they upgraded us and gave us free breakfast. Our bed was very hard and not very comfy. A part from that we enjoyed our stay. "

"I liked the big windows, and the character of the building. The ceilings were delightful. The shower/bathroom area is made from clear glass and one way glass.. there is 0 privacy to shower or use the toilet. I dont love my husband's silhouette when hes using the toilet. Employees seemed a bit put out when asked for anything. Seems like they believe if they keep telling you its a very nice hotel, it will become one."
