The hotel was just what I expect from CitizenM. The hotel itself being lovely. The room as good as always. The staff are really excellent, always making you feel welcome, both on arrival and check out, plus at the bar after a long day exploring. Room was on the minimalist side with high tech features. Quiet, comfortable and cosy. Blackout curtains aided sleep and the hotel has Metro and tram stops close. Staff extremely friendly and the whole experience was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay.
