The property is an architectural gem. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is personable and they make an effort to make sure you are comfortable. The pool, steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna were perfect for when we returned tired to the hotel. The location is ideal. We will definitely come back.

The breakfast was excellent. The buffet had lots of options and a made-to-order menu was also available. The junior suite was quite spacious. The staff was friendly and the front desk was very helpful. The hot tub and pool were quite small. The pool is not adequate for lap swimming or aerobic exercise. The location is convenient to the train station and we walked to most sites.

Short walk from central station, this hotel has it all. We loved our stay and I’m sure this was the comfiest bed I had ever stayed in. Perfect location for seeing the sights. Breakfast was available with lots of choices. Rating hotel five stars seems a stretch. Main elevator broke down room layout presented tight fit getting out of bed. Facility was clean. Because of a snow storm in the states we had to extend our holiday by two days unexpectedly and chose this hotel. I wish we booked for the entire holiday as it was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Staff friendly, room clean and spacious and overall great experience. Loved the free minibar in the room that was refilled daily and staff even came around every night to see if we needed anything.

The only issues was that the hot tub wasn’t warm and half the jets didn’t work. And the steam room wasn’t steamy. However the sauna’s were hot and the pool water was nice and warm. Cleanliness was excellent.
