Excellent property in a great location. Rooms are extremely comfortable and quiet. Everything on the property looks brand new, not sure how long it's been there but it's all immaculate. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, cafe's and museums.

We loved this hotel. It was clean, excellent location, contemporary. The breakfast choices were amazing and I’ve never eaten so much. The restaurant next door is a must, can’t remember the name but great food. For something cheaper on the other side of hotel you can eat as many ribs as you like. The staff at the hotel were so accommodating. The only negatives are: Need more places to hang things, especially the towels Also, gym was a 10 min walk away. Great gym but gutted not on premises. We would definitely go back

Hotel good location, very small rooms, cleaning service not great, left all dirty dishes and didn’t replace any coffee or glasses. Amenities- not able to use the fitness facilities, lots of confusion on behalf of the staff. Went to the gym, denied access. Luckily nice park to run in that we stumbled upon. Buffet breakfast is the highlight of this hotel! Staff super friendly and good food.

Poor Lighting, room seemed dark. Sound proofing not so good, we could hear everything in the room above us and rooms beside us. Sound proofing would make it alot more of a comfortable stay. Overall, love the decor and the bathroom area was lovely. Do note some areas of paint that needs touching up and additional sealant on some of the tiles. Amazing location, within tram stations, and walkable to canals.

Hotel was fairly clean, besides our room carpet which was absolutely filthy. I am assuming they were too busy after World Pride to attend to it. Room is small, even for two people, but we knew that going in. Lighting is almost useless, but if you are going strictly for ambience it is nice. Keiran is the star of this show and he is clearly skilled in hospitality! Breakfast was good and had many options. We are vegans and felt we had enough options, there was even avocado toast!

Lovely hotel, clean and with friendly staff. It's in an excellent location to get the tram anywhere you needed. Loads of bars and restaurants near by as well as boutique shops. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Very nice, clean room. Great amenities. Super staff=helpful, informative and friendly! Nice bar/restaurant overlooking a busy square which was great for people watching. The train is very convenient also. The location is excellent for all of the museums, canals, restaurants, bars=very walkable. The only problem was when we needed a taxi/uber. The hotel is in a “no car zone” so you have to go out of this zone to get the ride. When it was time to leave the manager actually set up the Uber and helped us meet the Uber with our luggage!!! He was GREAT!!!

Very nice hotel with a good location. Plenty of food options and one tram stop from the Rijksmuseum. Van Gogh a short walk from Rijksmuseum. Restaurant downtowns serves a local bar at night and breakfast (included) was great. Only issues, smoke alarm came on at 1am only to be false alarm. Lightning in room was poorly placed so the room was dim. Hot and cold water wasn't at an extreme at either end. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Perfect location on the Leidseplein, Freddie access to all Tram transportation through the city, sunny room overlooking the plaza, fabulous food options at the Heineken hoek, and nearby foods. Room is compactly efficient with an abundant array of Nespresso, tea, water. Friendly, professional, and educational staff.
