"well first I'm wanna start off by saying that the bed was so comfortable. I definitely expected more from a hotel room that was over $200 a night as the rooms were dated and the business centers computers were from the early 2000s. Can't complain about the location, it's walking distance to the White House. Overall I would definitely stay just because of how comfortable the bed was but $200 a night is insane to me but I guess that's the rate in DC"

"Clean rooms, nice bathroom but no place to put any tolietries. Also no place to hang full length clothing- there was a bureau of sorts in the room with only a short space to hang items. Hotel in good walking location for visiting Capitol Hill or national mall, though not super close to many restaurants, and the restaurant in the hotel was only open for breakfast. Lobby on the small side but nice sitting area just off lobby. At check in, no one explained the extra deposit nor what was included / covered by the ‘resort fee’; we only learned about some of these ‘perks’ the next day when someone else checked in, and we were standing near the lobby desk. The roof top bar/lounge was unfortunately closed while we were there. Coffee shop in the lobby was a nice touch though pricey and a long wait. Overall a nice hotel but few amenities."

"No parking in the garage when we arrived late in the evening. How to find parking on the street which was very annoying. The bathroom faucet was very awkward to use because it was entirely too close to the bottom of the sink. The door was very awkward when trying to open it and quite loud."

"I was placed in a unit directly across from a unit undergoing constant maintenance. Loud equipment in the hall just a few feet from my door and constant drilling and banging for hours during the day."

"Switches for lights are not easy to find, no ice, towels would be more accessible if they were on the shelf on the wall, no microwave, no indoor pool. For the price of the hotel, I was surprised there was no pool and microwave. What was great: food, breakfast and dinner, it’s a clean and quiet place, close to Union train/metro station. "

"No one is available to assist with any issues. Booked a refundable room and flight was delayed. They gave room away even though it was paid for already. No room when arrived. NO one available at property it work through issue. Still have not refunded the stay. Hotel is fine, if very small, if you don't have to actually contact staff."
