"Starting with the best- great location, very clean place, gym was small but nice enough. The best part of the stay was the complementary coffee, which is why I didn't have to run to a coffee shop in the morning. The rooftop pool was small for the number of people in that hotel. I also expected at least a couple of water bottles in the beginning. They had a water dispenser on each floor which is great, but a couple of water bottles and basic cutlery and plates would have been appreciated. Breakfast was NOT included with the reservations. That was something I wasn't happy with since they mentioned "breakfast available". I think they should EXPLICITLY mention that it's not included."

"What a great place to stay. A clean, modern, well-equipped appartment located by the river close to a metro station. The booking and check-in process is automated through their own app, so you really need to use that and follow its instructions for the smoothest experience. In my case, I had issues with the identity verification process, as that was not properly set-up to verify non-US citizens and appears to be still evolving. But I persevered, and a couple of calls to their call centre helped understand and then finalise that part of the process, after which everything ran smoothly. No real downsides. A kettle would have been nice for those of us who prefer tea to coffee. And the appartment only had one pot and one frying pan available for use on the stove, which limited the range of meals we could cook. As the rest of the kitchen was so well equipped, I can only imagine previous guests made off with some of the other pots, which is a shame. But we adapted, and the oven itself had an "air fry" mode, which worked very nicely."

"First of all no where in advertisement does it talk about this being a pod size unit. It’s smaller than cruise ship room. No where for luggage. No in room cups for water. No in room coffee. Had to ask for washcloths and also had to go get them at the front desk. If you want mood lighting this is your place. King bed up against wall so had to crawl over each other to get up. Not at all what was expected and will certainly not be staying again."

"Stayed for a week. Room was clean. Maid service every other day. I think the breakfast was above average. It is right across the street from a metro stop so that was good. If you want a little quieter room get it on the back side of the building. It's a busy area when it's nice out and it is not very quiet. Early morning traffic will wake you up too. Not the hotels fault on that. I would definitely stay again."
