"Easily the worst Thompson I’ve stayed at. Staff was lovely and tried their best, but it’s understaffed to a level I’ve never seen. You can’t get a drink late at night, the only television is at the rooftop bar which only serves bar food (phenomenal smoked wings, but the worst lobster roll I’ve ever had). Breakfast restaurant has good food but nobody to deliver room service so it shows up cold. Never saw more than one person at the check-in desk. Hyatt should just sell this property and start...

"I could not use the "free" wifi. You had to join the Marriot Bonvoy program to receive it. I tried signing up multiple times and it would cut me off. I called the front desk about the issue. They showed no interest in helping saying "we have wifi and there have been no other complaints." There is also hardly any storage space in the room. No draws to store clothing in. Instead a useless long bench in the room."

"Check in was easy. Room was clean, pillows need replaced. They finally cleaned the room after 5 nights even thiugh it said every other day. Breakfast was just ok. Same thing every day. 6 to 9 everyday but if you want waffels better get there before 830 as they close the station and you will have tp settle for ego frozen waffels. Some people take,advantage of it and stock up for snacks through out the day from breakfast supplies. Also the hotel is right across the street from the metro...

"Very convenient to the Capitol, and the rooftop bar was very cool with views of the Capitol Dome. I went in the evening/after sunset, and I couldn't read the menu as it was a small narrow font and there wasn't much light. "This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options....
