They took a deposit from my card which they told me they gonna put it back in 5 to 7 working days and they never did up to now it’s almost 4 weeks. I’ve been calling the front desk but nothing is happening

Treasure has exceptional customer service skills. She was very informative about the area. The hotel was clean and safe. I would have preferred the shower walls to be a little cleaner but I would for sure stay here again.

The property was clean and well taken care of the staff was very helpful. Our favorite person was Sarah at the pool bar. She remembers you and is lots of fun to talk to and a sweet personality. She is so helpful and was the best part of the hotel.
