We stayed at the property for the convenience of shuttles to both the train and the airport. It is an older property and shows its age but I felt confident that it was clean with crisp sheets and fluffy towels. We loved the area on the creek. It definitely was priced fairly and if you are staying mainly for a place to sleep it's a great bargain.

It is right next to a river, and a very 1/3 mile walk uphill to downtown Anchorage and trolley tours. Glad we didn’t pick other hotels not near the downtown.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's location is right on Ship Creek and it was great watching all the fishermen in the creek and walking the path behind the hotel. Our room was great. It is close to the Alaska Railroad and a mile from downtown. The hotel shuttle service was an excellent amenity. The included breakfast was one of the best we've had in this level of hotel.

The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was a 6/10. The hotel is an older building but refurbished. The best feature is that it is on a walking trail along Ship Creek where you can see fisherman going after salmon.

Nothing fancy, but a decent hotel! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was decent, there was a microwave and refrigerator, and good Wi-Fi. Also, you are within walking distance to the train station and some restaurants they provide transportation to the train station, which is convenient if you have luggage. They are right next to a river that when in season, has salmon running that you can see from the bridge.I have no complaints and would stay there again.

They were very flexible.We were very late with our flight and they allowed us to arrive early in the morning when we notified we would be late. Also, let us check out late since we needed more time. Had ac for summer weather.
