"Espectacular atencion, hotel con espacios muy comodos, ideal para descansar o salir de paseo si uno quiere. Habitacion con una vista muy linda y tamaño perfecto. Comida de muy buena calidad e intersante las propuestas de menus de experiencias que cambian cada comida."

"Hôtel très beau et rustique avec une vue magnifique mais du coup un peu excentré du centre ville d'Ancud qui est une très jolie ville. Par les équipements n'étaient pas modernes, impossible d'éteindre le chauffage par exemple la molette étant cassée. Petit déjeuner vraiment de faible qualité et personnel peu compétent."
