"I was very disappointed with my experience. I encountered cockroaches in the room and contacted the front desk to request a refund. The employee apologized and stated that the rooms had cockroaches. She then refunded my payment. While I appreciate that the issue was acknowledged and my money was returned, the presence of cockroaches is unacceptable for a lodging facility. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here."
