"I have stayed at this Comfort Suites multiple times and have generally had good experiences, which makes this review especially disappointing. On my recent stay, I discovered that the bed was wet after getting into it. I immediately contacted the front desk, but no other rooms were available. I had to shower and housekeeping changed the sheets, but that was the extent of the response.

"Worst hotel I have ever been to. The reviews that give 10/10 are fake or family members of staff. Look at the names. A bunch of them are the same. Smells like cigarettes and pot. The guy at the desk took a personal call on his cell phone while checking us in and told us to wait while he talked in another language and pretended to click things on the computer for 5 minutes.
I can't emphasize this enough, you do not want to stay here. Feels like you're going to get robbed, stabbed, and everything...

"The tv didn’t have sound, I turned it off and on trying to problem solve. I ended up walking down to ask for help where the woman said they were busy and try unplugging it and plugging it back in. I walked back up to the room and tried that with no luck. Went back down told her that didn’t work and asked for help (again), she said he was busy right now and would come up later. He never came up. At least the WiFi worked. The hallway smelt like weed. Breakfast selection with tiny, no warm food...
