The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"This was a great stay. The evening staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property was safe, quiet & clean as well. The water pressure was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also, this hotel is close to a lot of food & the mall that’s in the area. For breakfast, you need to get there early to have a chance to get good/hot food. The options could also be more diverse to accommodate different diets. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and I would definitely visit again."

"The place was okay. My room was clean and my bed very comfortable. There is no possibility to leave your luggage’s at the front desk after checking out of the hotel when you have a late flight. Be aware."

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be."

The floor tiles make noise when you walk at night and when you rent a room with two meds, micro in refrigerator. You get the disappointment of the room that you rented is not available and they give you a different room and they blame Expedia because according to them, Expedia did not send a message of the room that I reserved. "Terrible place. As we walk into the lobby the heavy smell of marijuana hit us on the face and followed us all the way to the 4th floor. We had to switched rooms because the a/c didn't work. The kitchenette was completely bare, not even a spoon. Then in the way back from Walmart, we see 3 police vehicles at the front entrance, one cop went inside the building, another one taking an stament front a woman.
