"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"Perfectly fine and clean. The ice machines were all Broken and the pool was closed. "

"Room was very clean and spacious. We had booked the Archer suite with terrace. it has a large shower stall with a bench and rainfall shower which was nice! The Nespresso machine was fantastic as were the little caramels left in the room. Our suite was located on the left side of the building (not the greatest view) but the terrace was quite long so you maybe able to entertain a couple of other guests. Theres a sofa bed in the living room. Sleeping on it was just okay. We could see the courtyard...

Good location, off major highway with food, shopping, and gas nearby Dislikes: Unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staff (with the exception of Idalia). Room key stopped working many times and front desk staff kept acting like it was something I was doing (like holding it near my cell phone) when really the machine...
