"No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. I didn’t want to give a bad review but I have emailed and messaged the hotel since then and only get automated responses. It was a disappointment because we like going...

"My stay was short, so I didn't utilize any extra amenities, and can't really rate them ( thus the "good" rating ) but the room was clean, quiet and the night person working the desk was very kind. Great spot."

"I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said "

"Always our favorite when overnighting in Seattle before catching a plane next morning for cross country flights (Florida from Alaska). Everything neat and clean and quiet, fantastic restaurant next door, walkable to many other eateries, liquor store right down the street. Safe and great free shuttle to and from airport every 20 minutes"
