Khách sạn Andersonville

"When I arrived, I was informed that no rooms were available, despite having called ahead to let the hotel know I would be arriving late. My reservation had been prepaid through Expedia, yet I was told there was nothing the hotel could do. I sat down to contact Expedia, whose agent was courteous and immediately called the hotel to resolve the situation. After being unable to make progress with the front desk, the matter was escalated to another Expedia representative, who also contacted the...

"The staff was great! The property was beautiful. The fine dining was good. But our room could have been better. The blinds were filthy, My bed had something in it that needed brushed off before I laid down. The bathroom had hair on the walls and the molding was brown from lack of cleaning. This is a beautiful historic hotel. And the staff we encountered were great. But the cleaning staff needs to get better."

"It was good, I would stay there again."

"A good place to stay for the price"

"Excellent stay except for small issue when we checked in our room’s bathroom had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Staff was nice enough to upgrade us to a different and larger room. It’s obvious these facilities (villa rooms) are brand new so it’s expected that everything is very nice. All rooms have views of the lake and have porches to relax at. Restaurant is walking distance and the food was very good. Overall nice weekend stay. Just hope that as time passes they keep it in the same...

"Linens weren’t clean when I stayed here, but the room did the job. If you don’t mind a slightly run down situation, this works."

"Breakfast was awesome, room was clean, Sally was a great hostess. Pets were there during our stay, we'll behaved. Had a bonfire one evening, next day ,sat by the fish pond, watching them get fed. We had a fun time visiting nearby gardens and wineries."

"Located across the street from gas and food, my room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and told me to call with any questions. For me the location is very convenient, halfway between FL and Nashville. I would return to the motel when in the area."

"I couldn't stay it was so disgusting."
