"Nos dejaron ingresar sin problema alguno, nos encontramos con deterioro de las paredes, humedades, paredes sucias, neveras oxidadas y lo que es peor; cuando realizamos el check out, nos dicen que no nos podemos retirar que “porque ellos no trabajan con esa aplicación”. Nosotros mostramos los comprobantes, la disposición del hotel en esa plataforma y nos insistían en que no. “Que el pago no era ese porque la aplicación nos había cobrado mucho más”, “que las cuentas no daban ese valor y que...
