"Great property and amazing staff when you can find them. The only downside if the awful experience you will get if you book through Expedia which doesn't seem to send you the confirmation details the day before which means you can't get into your room. If you arrive late then expect to spend time on the phone with the really helpful and polite support team at the hotel. Would certainly stay again, would certainly not book through Expedia again."

"Excellent séjour J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Malgré la forte chaleur, la chambre était très fraîche et agréable, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. L’emplacement est également idéal : l’hôtel se trouve juste à côté de la gare de Liège, avec un arrêt de bus à proximité, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Le personnel de l’accueil est particulièrement gentil, souriant et très accueillant. Tout est pratique et bien situé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux...

"Awful Hotel, The shower drain flooded our room, We couldnt use the spa/pool Monday morning as there was a swimming class on, and dinner was horrendous. Table booked for 8.30pm, we got our mains at 10.45pm, the 45 euro t bone steak was as thin as a piece of bacon, the staff were rude and kept getting drink orders wrong and not understatnding what he had written down. An absolute disaster."

We told the reception and thought it'll get taken care of. We returned hours later, and the cigarette smell was still there. "The hotel is in very good condition, easy to find and in a good location just one block from the Main Street,and has a patio that over looks the town. Be prepared to walk about three blocks in cobblestone streets if you arrive buy bus. The stuff was great and they were willing to comunícate in English. I paid for the breakfast and was very good for the price. I wish I would have stayed one more night."
